Street Reach &
the GAP Bus in Kingsteignton
Street reach is a detached youth programme that meets with the young people on the STREET. It enables youth workers and volunteers to engage with the young people on their turf to build trusting relationships. We do this through conversations, serving hot and cold drinks, playing football / basketball and team building games.
On Tuesdays and Fridays from 3.30pm – 5.30pm we take the GAP Bus (Mobile Youth Centre) to Clifford Park in Kingsteignton and meet with young people from the surrounding areas. The GAP BUS offers: drinks facilities, games, music, sports equipment and a safe environment in which to enjoy.
